Killer Tailspin and Spine of a Dog> Buster. Absolutely worth the download. Get Saturday's sets too.

Subject: Nice

The place was pretty packed that night. Both sets were great. The highlight has to be the Spine > Buster at about 34 minutes. Awesome tape as well, great recording.

thanks for the great recording spyder9...thoroughly enjoyed the whole weekend..dark star is teased for about 4 bars (probably by Al) at the tail end when things are settling down...interesting how this injection actually brings to light a similarity to lost sailor circa 1985 "maybe goin' on a dream!!!"

Subject: This is the better of the 2 recordings

IMHO this is a little bit better recording than Rob Clarke's recording which is also here on the Archive. The main difference to my ears is that the vocals are more up front in the mix and less boomy than on Clarke's recording. This may just be personal preference because both are good recordings.

This really is an excellent show and is one that people should d/l regardless of whether they were in the Herb Brooks Arena that night. However, for the life of me, I did not hear the Dark Star tease when I was at the show and cannot hear it on this recording. Maybe, I should listen to it again?

What an excellent couple of sets. Thought the first set was a bit tighter then the second. I'm REALLY looking forward to Saturday nights d/l's. Saturday night was off the hook. Some killer grooves with an excellent audience vibe. It was ALL appendages akimbo where I was dancing at. Thanks for the quick post.

MOE. put that down, no doubt. Heavy transitions between songs, crazy light effects, and a chill crowd. Really enjoyed Lost Along the Way first set and Buster second set. Too bad on the 12:30 hard stop time. . . Cheers to Whiteface on the a.m. chaser! PUT IT. . .
